DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier delivery issue - regards

Address:TO RAJESH, GBN EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PVT LTD, A2, SAI KARTHIK NAGAR COMMUNITY HALL, AXIS BANK LINE, BANJARAHILLS ROAD NO -1,HYD-500004.

I couriered a box of food items from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on the 13th of this month through dtdc courier.But to this day the courier i gave not delivered that is why i am filing a compliant.
