I have bookede a docket no. U11921391 DATED 26TH AUGUST FROM LUCKNOW TO KANPUR, but even after one month it is niether delivered to destination nor returned to us, tracking record shows that ""not delivered returned to sender "" but even aster several calls to booking agent i have not recived it back, niether delivered to destination . this is very bad on part of reputation of DTDC COURIER AND CARGO PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND ARRANGE TO EITHER DELIVERY TO DESTINATION OR RETURNED TO US WITH REFUND OF BOOKING CHARGES.
