DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not coming to doorstep though we pay for door step collection

All the my courier item since many months are not coming to door step since many months though I am paying money for door step courier. They are simply calling and telling to come and collect the courier by sitting in the office. This is not same for other courier companies and other courier branches. Only happening to chirala, DTDC branch.
