DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not delivered. Sent from Hyderabad to Indore on 23rd may 2022.

I send a courier on 23rd May 2022 from Hyderabad to Indore.
Consignment Number :- D23223180
The tracking shows it has reached Indore on 26th May 2022 but it has not been delivered to me. The DTDC costumer care has not resolved the issue and keep telling it will be delivered in few days.
Please resolve the issue. Tracking image attached.
