I have couriered in Nashik on 15 th May, 21 also this shipmnet has booked in vashi mumbai than provided the correct address details with correct Pincode an contact mobile number also Courier not reached to my destination it's an emergency . i have tracking with in your dtdc portal my shipment status but showing in patna hub... i am very suprised this shipment are go to the patna hub dtdc courier vashi office i have enquired that staff not helping me... she is teling me your complant resole after 24 Hours it is very very very very bad service...
