My vendor partner booked the courier in DTDC Noida office on 3rd June to deliver them to Hosur. Today 11th June, am still not receiving the parcel. Myself and my husband tried many times through phone calls and directly went to 3-4 DTDC offices (Hosur) but there is no clue where the parcel is but the tracking status is updating (Not delivered in many terms) regularly according to the consignment number.
My concern is, if there is issue with address or pincode, the delivery office person should call the customer number who need to receive the parcel. Why the DTDC office people not calling customer phone number o check the address? If there is issue at least you guys can hold the parcel any one of the office.
Now we are very frustrated by searching the parcel. Why DTDC people playing customers important documents. How we trust this courier service.
