1. Consignment number H24012166 dispatched from DTDC franchise at Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, Bachupally, Hyderabad on 27.05.2021 from Hyderabad to Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar.
Packet not delivered till date.
Website shows packet sent to Kolkatta and delivered on 22 June 2021.
Packet was to be delivered to Port Blair. Not Kolkatta.
2. Courier charges paid Rs 300/- . Later DTDC called to pay Rs 1400/- more as they treated as International consignment. This was paid by Gpay to phone number [protected] of Mr Mohammed Aleem, DTDC franchise.
Hence total paid for consignment of one letter Rs 1700/-.
The charges for Consignment from Chennai to Port Blair are only Rs 150/-, Hence DTDC have overcharged heavily.
3. As the packet was not delivered, and there is heavy overcharging by the DTDC, the money and the packet needs to be returned to me immediately.
