DTDC courier partner never deliver any shipment come through the courier, Each and every courier partner like, Blue dart, Delhivery, EComm, Xpressbees, Shadowfax and so all, everyone come to my house and deliver my products. Few days ago I order some household item from Amazon, and the seller send the product through DTDC courier, When the product reached my destination, the delivery partner called me and told me that, I have to come to their office and have to the same from there. I mean seriously!! What is the meaning of home delivery!! If you guys did not deliver to my location then why you guys are picking up orders from seller!! What kind of service is this !! And also The person who called me don't even know how to talk with customers, they don't even bother if they loose any customer or any order!! What kind of service you guys are providing DTDC ??
