DTDC Courier & Cargo — D13600498 not delivered and no update

I sent my office laptop via DTDC on 2nd June in Ghaziabad to Pune. First the Ghaziabad officials who took consignment were absolutely rude. They outsmarted me without telling me of additional costs and lied about the money that my courier would cost. My consignment was out for delivery on 7th June and wasn't delivered saying address was not correct. It's my office address and there's no way it can be wrong. Now I've tried reaching out to so many people via customer care, no one can give relevant updates and get it delivered. It's been over 2 weeks now and is absolutely a disaster.
