DTDC Courier & Cargo — D82913580 not delivered and it says it is delivered.

Hello,

This is the id - D82913580

I have not received any call or such from DTDC and suddenly it shows it has been delivered.
How is that possible?
Even though I have not shared the OTP so without OTP how is it possible to give my courrier to someone else?

I will raise a fraud complaint and an FIR against DTDC. They are not delivering the products and marking them as delivered.

Please reply back ASAP
