DTDC Courier & Cargo — Damaged parcel

My name is Mohammed anas perwez
My consignment no is D85389215
My friend sent me my laptop and I received it on 20 jan 2021 but it's damaged and i filled complain thrice in dtdc but they ar no assisting and it was a insured parcel upto 50000 of surcharges but they are not replying me regarding it my laptop display is damaged and has few dents and scratches on its surface please help me regarding this
