I have booked the courier on 19/8/2021 to Raichur and the consignment has reached raichur on 21/8/2021 wide docket no: B78612790, but not delivered to the given address for more than 2 days, today on 24/8/2021, we have received our client to go and collect the consignment from the DTDC office. We don't know what kind of service DTDC is giving to us.
Who is responsible for the delay...DTDC is not taking any responsibilities and asking us to complaint were ever we want Was this information helpful? |
