DTDC Courier & Cargo — Delayed delivery inspite of taking double charge

Address:Nagpur near airport manish layout

Dear sir for consignment d94897914 the laptop was supposed to get deli ered in 3-4 working days from nagpur to warangal. But when it came to warangal the agent told that he will not deliver to the adress specified by owner. If such was the case than why nagpur agent took the consignment by taking double amount?? Secondly i had to suffer a lot for this.
