On 24.09.2020, my consignment no, i[protected] was out for delivery, and i got a sms from dtdc regarding the smile code and a link to pay online for my cash on delivery consignment to ensure a contact free delivery. So i paid through the link. But when my delivery agent came, he again asked for payment. I showed him my receipts, and the link shared. But he had no information regarding the payment. He called dtdc and said he would return once this gets resolved. Now its been a whole day since this conversation, and on my tracking page it shows "not delivered (Receiver refused delivery (Cir)"
I have tried to launch a query and send some emails with the attached proof of payment. But there seems to be no response. Please look into at the earliest. I would like to receive the package, that i already paid for, at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
