DTDC Courier & Cargo — Delivery Delayed

Dear sir, i have sent courier trichy to chennai wide consignment number D68726317. It was booked on 3 rd November 2021 and till date 15.11.2021 @16:45 hrs it was not delivered to the receiver. Alot of enquires made to the booking agent there was no proper response. because of this i lost my valuable customer and i was completely depressed. i would like to know the proper reason for the delay and i would like to my claim my rights. And i request you to take necessary action taken against this
