Tracking id- D58003184 My parcel was undelivered and the reason shown on shipment tracker was- Incomplete address. While my address was sufficient. I haven't got call from delivery agent The delivery service didn't put efforts for delivering the parcel . I hope i get my delivery soon without any more delay. Mar 10, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you for your response, i collected my parcel from the branch of dtdc. One digit of my phone number got erased so they contacted wrong number, then marked it as incomplete information. But this issue was resolved DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
