I booked a shipment with dtdc to be delivered at pincode 444108 on 19th June. As the booking office checked and i also confirmed from support team about serviceability of the pincode and everything was okay. When shipment reached near to the district, the district akola franchisee denied to deliver the package said service not available at this pincode. I again spoke to customer support, went to twitter and dtdc still assured the service is available and after 4 days shipment was marked undelivered and area not serviceable. Dtdc wasted the precious time and harrased me mentally to maximum limit. Who will compensate the cost and time value of money.
