DTDC Courier & Cargo — Didn't deliver my courier which was placed on 18th January (one month before )

I ordered some items from a seller from Gujarat on 18th January 2021. The parcel reached Bengaluru on 21st January. And forwarded to Kochi on 22nd January. Today is the 31st day having no further updates. Everyday I call the customer care no. and enquire about my parcel. And they will ensure me that they will give updates that day itself before 1' o clock, 4'o clock, 6'o clock.. etc. But till date no updates given. They behave like they don't have any responsibility on their job.Help me to get my items.
