DTDC Courier & Cargo — Displaying "no data is available", for my AWB number

I had placed an order online which was shipped on 11th-April-2022 with AWB No as D21533246. Still on 19th-April-2022 while check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available". (Cannot see where my parcel is)

I am providing the snapshot of the tracking status which I see while tracking.

There is no proper help provided by DTDC helpline.
Please help.
