Package was shipped on 10th september and it took 8 days to reach my place branch. When i checked the shipment tracking i was shocked to know that they have attended delivery and mentioned as address incomplete. Atleast they could have called the mobile number mentioned on parcel. But they havent even attended the delivery and i didnt even receive a single phone call from dtdc. I raised a concern on this on the same day contacting the customer care of dtdc and even then they have returned it to the origin facility. Kindly take necessary action on this.
