DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC tracking page shows Item delivered but not received.

AWB: B96033441 DTDC website is showing the parcel as delivered but I've not received it, no delivery agent contacted me. I've tried contacting DTDC local office and the district office, the employees are harassing me on the phone which is very unprofessional. I've even opened a ticket on DTDC support page, the ticket agent has an IQ equivalent to room temperature and didn't even read my message. [Image attached] +2 photos Was this information helpful? DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 09, 2021 Updated by Singh1337 After much harassment, I managed to get hold of the package from one of th local DTDC offices. There should be a courier regulatory, courier franchise shouldn't be allowed to mark package as delivered without actually delivering it to the customer.
