DTDC Courier & Cargo — Failed to deliver the product + Poor Customer Care Policy

They did not deliver the product showed I was not available even when I was home. I called 3 times to get an update regarding my product, every day they came up with "We'll let you know in some time" Never called back.
Kept calling asking for help no help provided. Very poor service.
