DTDC Courier & Cargo — I am complaining about their delivery service.

I am Ramyasree Nair from Kalyan, Maharashtra. I send a courier to Choolissery, Kerala through DTDC. Courier number is A47040455 dt.02/12/2020. It has reached its destination but they are not delivering it to the said address. They are telling to the customer to pick up the parcel from their courier office which is faraway from the customer's house that also during this covid time. If they are not delivering it then why they are accepting the courier. Dtdc has this problem always with the service of delivery. And if we complaint in the branch office they are misbehaving with us. There is no other complaint registering number also neither they provide correct number in their website. Dtdc is doing this purposely to harrass the customer. Please clear this problem & do the needful
