My consignment number is X67884266 and I have not got that parcel yet but shows delivered sucessfully after tracking. I have raised two complains and my ticket no. is 250835 and 254540 but not get satisfactory response by that person who is dealing with it and he just updated me with the information what I have seen in tracking portal.
