A parcel no b91096357 to my guruvayur address, which place is very near to ur office place. Parcel had reached on saturday morning, i told him collecting the item is impossible. And agreed to deliver the same on same day. But not till this time item not (5.12 pm) delivered. This really irresponsible from ur part. I want to send the item chennai today evening. Expecting action from ur side.
