DTDC Courier & Cargo — It shows that the item has been delivered but it hasn't been delivered to me.

I recieved a call from the delivery agen and then he said that he had a courier for me of my stuff that was going to arrive that day but he said that now he will deliver it on monday after wards but then i got to know that it was delivered and it wasnt delivered to me. I was waiting for the package for 2 days and then i got to know that it was already delivered but not to me.
