DTDC Courier & Cargo — Item booked for a wrong location and not the seller's fault

Booked an item from a seller...and she sent me the picture of the parcel mentioning all the correct details of my address and pincode on it...but when on dtdc page it shows wrong destination code and city and no one picks up in customer service number of dtdc and the seller feels helpless too...i want my parcel...it is not anyone's fault but the courier company itself

supposed to be booked for pincode - 742101 murshidabad
but got booked for 700001 kolkata

I have booked an item to NIT Rourkela, Odisha on 21st october, 2021. But when I track my shipment address on dtdc page it shows wrong destination code and city. I want my parcel back or Please send it to the correct address...

supposed to be booked for pincode - 760098, NIT Rourkela, Odisha
but got booked for 79001, Agartala
