DTDC Courier & Cargo — Item not delivered to destination | |
I had shipped my LENOVO laptop charger via dtdc from MEERUT, U.P.(250001) to Vijaywada, A.P.(521105) . It has been almost a month now still not delivered, and the guy who sent it is clueless. There have 4 complaints, 2 escalations, and several mails sent to customersupport of DTDC, but not a single response. Didnt expect such a bad work from DTDC courier company. Now the parcel is in transit mode for past 2 weeks. Now seeking expert advice to either send the parcel to destination to either or deliver it back to source.
