The package has NOT reached the destination. It as been more then 2 week. Neither has it reached back to the sender location. The contents of the package are very expensive. I have come & checked the office more 20 times now. I need this escalated ASAP.
-Date package sent - 7 October 2020
-Client number - [protected]/[protected]
- The items are not delivered to destination nor sent back to receiver.
-Want the package back to either sender or receiver. Or refund of the value of the package.
