My name is sagar kumar from bihar. I have used dtdc courier service to ship my product AK 43" UHD LED TV with consignment number: D29136153 from nalanda(bihar) to bangalore (karnataka). Shipment delivered on 28.06.2023.
But my tv broken while shipping, i have given many complaints to dtdc customer care with all relevant videos and picture and the invoice which was provided by the courier guy but no one responding. I paid 3374/- for this including insurance and shipment. Now they are saying like no insurance and while giving to the courier guys he charged me some extra money for packing the tv with wood packing but when I received the consigment there were so such wood packing and my tv screens fully damaged when I opened my box. Now DTDC customer care asking me repair estimated copy which was not even provided me at dtdc office and he is not picking my call as well.All they are escaping with irrelevant answers.
Please respond to my request, I have already many times raise a query regarding this issue in dtdc website but no response from their side. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
