This courier containing medical item immediately required for a patient was out for delivery since the morning of 29th May @ 11.00AM, and despite repeated calls to Customs care about it's urgency, we were assured that the delivery would happen.
We have been literally waiting at our doorstep since morning waiting for the courier. Also We received no calls or SMS from the delivery agent since morning, and Customer care was alerted about the same mentioning we were ready to pickup at office, but they kept assuring us to be patient and that delivery would happen today
Now the status shows "Door Locked" hence delivery never happened which is a blatant lie by DTDC delivery team. The patient's health has deteriorated, and we hold DTDC liable for this condition.
We shall take this up legally, and also share this apathy by DTDC on social media which has put a patient's life at risk despite alerting DTDC about urgency of shipment Was this information helpful? |
