DTDC Courier & Cargo — Mismatched consignment number and not yet delivered

I have handed the parcel to dtdc kadur branch on 6th September 2023 and the destination location is hyderabad. The dtdc office boy was soo irresponsible and sent my parcel to another consignment number. It has been 7 days and the parcel is not yet delivered and i dont even know where my parcel is. The office boy not even opening the dtdc office as he was high on alochol daily. Due to this delivery i am facing charges from my end as 300 per day. Upto now i have been charged 2100 for 7 days and it will be increased as the delaying delivery. Dtdc is responsible to pay my losses. Resolve my issue
