[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Monitor reached in damaged condition

I sent my monitor from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar through DTDC.
consignment id: D61152896
But it reached destination in damaged condition, it's LCD panel is cracked.
I raised a complaint with DTDC customer care, but there seems to be no response. They just mentioned that operation is investigating the issue.
The product was worth Rs 20000 .
Please ask DTDC to compensate my losses.

The issue is not resolved yet. Why is it marked as resolved here? It's been more than a month. They just mailed and took all the details related to the product and replied that their operations team is investigating into this.
