I had ordered a product on 27June 2021. The shipment contained clothing. The shipment had arrived at Nelamangala Apex on July 3rd 2021. after that there was no updates on the courier. after few days i raised a complaint and got the answer that the courier was unable to track pls give us 2 days time.
and again they said that the courier might be missing or we might have lost the tracking code on the parcel, after 2 days as i sent my friend who was near the apex to enquire about the product. He received the answer that the courier had not at all arrived at the apex. I contacted the CC and asked them about this issue, i asked them how they can scan a parcel if it did not arrive physically. later after over 15 days i contacted one of the manager and asked about the issue, he did not even respond and just hung up the call and never received the call. Later when i said ill complain to the Consumer court, they guided me for the refund of the order as it was prepaid. later even after so many days there is no response from the team.
