DTDC Courier & Cargo — My courier was not delivered to me and they marked it as delivered

My courier was not delivered to me and marked as delivered and the reason they have given was they could not find my address. It was medicines and they kept it 22 days, did not try to reach me. They totally nonsense and careless about my property which was
2500 rs/-
I request to take proper action against them.
