DTDC Courier & Cargo — My parcel didn't receive yet

My parcel was dispatched on 9th October 2021 still I didn't receive it. Everyday I have been tracking and the status was consignment redirect and a week back changed the status to successfully delivered.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE PARCEL YET, IT'S ALMOST 2 MONTHS HAPPENED.

Dtdc people are not at all bothered about customers complaints, while am asking about my parcel they are disconnecting the calls.
