DTDC Courier & Cargo — Negligence of duty

The delivery person asked me to pick my parcel up from their office if i can. i answered their call and informed that i cannot pick my parcel and it is thier responsibility to deliver, and if the address was not deliverable they should not accept such deliveries from the sender. The delivery staff then said that they will deliver the parcel by evening and they nobody showed up. on tracking my parcel details i saw that they have marked my parcel as delivered.
i again called the delivery person and he again made an excuse that he will deliver it the next day by 11am. I tried contacting them the next day and nobody answered as it was sunday, then at 1 pm on sunday their office opened and upon calling the employ of that office started making excuses and said if you want the parcel come and pick it yourself. i enquired why they kept on making excuses yesterday and why have the marked it as delivered when no attempt for delivery was made, then he again started making excuses and arguing.
i informed him that i am sendind someone to pick the parcel and i will raise a complaint against him. then he said fine rasie a complaint and i'll not give your parcel till i get a mail now. i then lost my temper and had to quarrel with him and i warned him that ypu cannot hold my parcel after marking it delivered. i had to send someone over at their office to collect my parcel.
I'm surprised how this company is operating and how can their employs inspite of being wrong threaten the consumer that they'll not give them their parcel.
i am attaching the call records of previous day when i contacted the delivery boy to enquire about my parcel.
