DTDC Courier & Cargo — No Update about Courier and no revert of mails | |||||
I have sent a package through DTDC plus on 07/09/16 and I was promised and given words that it will be reaching the destination on 08/09/16 by 11.30 AM. I have been checking the status from the DTDC website with the help of my consignment number which is V31595256 but there was no update from their side. I also lodged a complaint though writing them via E-Mail but it is still pending and no revert since 5 days have been received and no solution from past one week has been provided to me. Case Number[protected], is still pending and no solution has been provided yet. That package was very much Urgent and it required to reach its destination on or before 10/09/16 and since there is no update I am unaware about my package and also I am worried about the package as was for the Ministry of Broadcast and NFDC, Mumbai. I request the authorities to take strict action against the ignorance on the part of DTDC for not taking care to inform the sender about the package and not updating about it. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 13, 2016 Arindam Chanda's response I have sent a parcel to Siliguri on 6th of September'16 (Con No. K[protected], still it has not been delivered and nobody is receiving my calls and giving feedback, not even Siliguri person. This is exactly the service of DTDC. Their Siliguri Ph. no [protected] is not responding and there is no trace of my consignment. Today its 13th and still no response from DTDC end to resolve the issue.
