I have been informed by your customer care wing that my home at Lakkidi, Palakkad Dt Pincode 679301 is served by DTDC. Accordingly I had ordered many items to be sent by DTDC courier. Unfortunately, last few consignments had been sent to Pathiripala a different place quite far away from my place at Pin code 679301 and they refused to deliver here. I had to travel to that place called Pathiripala, Palakkad Dt. for collecting the same causing much of inconvenience to me and loss of time andoney. This is very bad. I am making a formal complaint and you are required to take necessary action and direct your branch office to deliver all items received by them in my address at Lakkidi, Palakkad Dt, Pin code 679301 to my place at Lakkidi. An immediate action and response requested.
