DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non delivery of Job Application on time despite paying for Express Service

I Chose Green Service and paid almost double the amount of Regular Service. Yesterday was deadline for my job application hard copy submission. I raised a request to expedite the delivery. I made a complaint over phone to their customer support. Now when the deadline is already over, I don't want the courier to be delivered. I want full refund of 350 Rs. for Consignment No. V92639298.
