DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non delivery of legal document envelope

Booked a legal document from hyderabad to new delhi on 6.4.2016. H53579682. The tracking details show that the addressee not sufficient. I am surprised that the address is complete, and that of an office in new delhi. I gave a mobile no. Which they could have used to clarify if necessary. The most important part is this.

The tracker shows the document has come back to hyderabad on 13.4.2016. I have been contacting the local courier office through whom i booked (Our office uses their service). He keeps telling that the document is in their uppal head office. He is saying that he is not able to contact them on landline phone for the past three days!!! So much for the dtdc.

I am stuck because of the original legal document in the docket.

For a strange reason, the 'complaint' link of dtdc website is also not active.

So, it is more than 15 days since the document is booked. The tracker says it is delivered to their shamshabad office on April 13. From there, it has not reached the booking office. The persons in booking office are not able to contact their other office because they say no one is lifting the phone. I have managed to talk to Okhla office of DTDC. The person says that they handle so many consignments every day. He denies that the address is incomplete. When I read out the address of the office which has branch offices all over India, from the email signature, then he says, there are so many offices in that plot no. and they call the number just once (I don't know how many phone rings they allow). If no one responds, they return the consignment.

DTDC visionaries seem to have lost control on their agency and are fast losing their quality. I have heard from so many, and web reference says that hardly 7% cases are resolved out of almost 3000 complaints.

Interestingly, when I first tried to lodge a complaint on their website by filling up all the details, the final Submit Complaint button does not work. i have tried for three days now. An innovative way of reducing the complaints.
