DTDC Courier & Cargo — non delivery of parcel

A parcel was sent through dtdc from chennai on 12/01/2019, is not received till this date. Tracking no c 86974701. Your tracking shows that the article is in madivala bangalore. We personaly went to your madivala office and the parcel was not found there. They said that it was not received by them. That means its lost or stolen??? Registered complaint thrice, visited office personaly, still no proper response, now wat is ur next step sir, its very important parcel to me and prompt delivery indeed. Now what am i supposed to do??? Can u plz help me out
