DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non delivery of parcel

Address:Akola Super Franchisee(AKOT), Akola Square, Akola road, Akot

My tracking ID of my parcel is D78765477.
It is my continuous observation that the Akola super Franchisee(AKOT) is not delivering the parcel to particular address and even do not bother to call and they put the status as customer will self collect without consulting the customer. So why do you charge extra for home delivery? If it continues to happen I will take a serious action in that the customer are been harassed and are been charged but service not being provided.
