A parcel was booked from Mumbai to Jalna on express basis on 23 Aug 21. The same is showing the same status of transit for the past 7 days and even after 9 days it has not been delivered. The customer care numbers also state the same thing which is shown in the online tracking site. Despite raising tickets and escalation, the reply is always it is being indicated that the case is being worked up on. The company has no mechanism for escalating the issue nor any number other than the customer care numbers, which is attended by different people always and have the same answers.
