My courier was booked from Delhi by one of corporate to me at Muzaffar Pur on 3 May 2022. Courier reached to Muzaffar Pur by 6 May 2022. I got a first & last call on 13 May 2022 morning 1 call from delivery boy stating, he will deliver this by next day because it's only 1 courier in my route & there is some distance. I guided route also & he confirmed like he knows the route. I was not made any contact after that time & courier was returned to origin. I raised my voice to customer support team, Linkedin from 14 May 2022 but I could not see any positive fruitful response. Grievance Details : 1. Why there were no contact between 6 May to 13 May 2022 ? What were being done with my courier these 8 days? 2. When I guided route also on 13 May 2022, Why delivery were not made till next day 14 May 2022 ? 3. When delivery boy knows the route then how this could be incomplete address as per status on DTDC website? 4. Without making any further contact thrice delivery is marked on 13 May 2022 & courier is returned to origin. 5. When i was in touch with Customer support team from 14 May 2022, then also this was returned to origin on 16 May 2022 (as per website status). Why ? 6. I was just being promised & cheated by support team, and parallelly they returned courier. No proper response received from Courier boy, Support team. 7. On 19 May 2022, I was being informed by Customer support team that they could not do anything as this went to origin.
