[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)

I had purchased two products online on 20th August 2023, and both were dispatched together through DTDC courier to the same address 'Winnbook Management Consultants, Delshe Tower, Near Liberty Theatre, Cannanore, Kerala, PIN-670002' on 21st August 2023. While one product (Tracking Number:D[protected] was successfully delivered on 31st August 2023, the other(Tracking Number:[protected] remains undelivered. I have made several attempts to track the courier through the website and customer service e-mail of DTDC, but I have not received any updates or information regarding its whereabouts. Yesterday (on[protected] around 6.30 PM i have received two text message from DTDC Courier, one message stated "out for delivery of D67498989" and the other message indicated "D67498989 couldn't be delivered due to address incomplete or wrong", i haven't received any single phone calls from delivery agents with respect to same.
