DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not delivered Yet | |
My package with tracking number D94598605 has been booked on 12th October 2020 from Mumbai to deliver it to Kolkata with proper address and phone number (also mentioned on the parcel). The packet has been there in Kolkata Main branch (Bypass branch) since 19th October. After 2days of no movement Today i.e 22nd October finally it was Out for delivery. I was waiting the whole day and now in the tracking status it has been updated as "NOT DELIVERED- Restricted Entry(OTR). This is a horrible experience. It's been 11days already. At the time of booking earlier I was assured that it will get delivered within 7 days. At the time of booking already I had added that it is very urgent. I want to get my parcel delivered asap. Would never thought it would turn into such a worst experience. Already waited a lot and tried contacting Support team through phone calls and emails but everything is in vain.
