DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not willing to deliver in given address

I have sent a courier to my friend's adress and the staff who is suppose to deliver that courier was unwilling to deliver that courier to my friend's adress which was given to DTDC courier service to deliver and he asked my friend to collect it from there office which is 5 km away from her home in this pandemic time and he said if my friend didn't collect it today to he will return that to senders address (my address)
Am filing this complaint because he was not behaving well to my friend when he called to collect courier and he was having such a rude behaviour towards her while calling
I need to take some action against that staff of DTDC and i don't know his name but his Mobile no is [protected]
