In 17th nov we send a courier in dtdc awb no. C71607981.. To vellore, ranipet
To day 21.11.16 4days over... Still it is not yet delivered and not even a single referebce call from your office.. Is this a courier service.. Very worst courier i jave ever seen...
Jusy reply me will i get my parcel today.. Or shall go to court regarding this.. Because this mafe a big issue.. I an claim againt you..

Docket no B37818489 has not received the courier as per ur customer service executives they said that the docket has been delivered but I have neither received a docket nor a call.

I raised a complaint with the complaint no 03776207, but with negligence and improper investigation ur executives have closed the complaint.
