DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package lost and not delivered its been 2 months | |
I am extremely dissatisfied with dtdc courier service. I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to Guntur with consignment no: F30082960 The customer service is very pathetic and they are simply saying we are finding out where the package is, of course no action has been taken till now, it’s been two months already. They are completely clueless and arrogant since their policies doesn’t have any mention of refund in case of missing package. I want these guys to find my package immediately or refund my Rs2000 which is of course less than the original value of my products Was this information helpful? | |
